- For Balloons -

DISCLAIMER:

JulsCreations is not liable for balloons once they are out of my care. I cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, nails, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of my creations. I will replace anything I pop in transportation or during setup.

JulsCreations use only the highest quality balloons and materials. However, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. All latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex and biodegradable 

- On hot days, in direct sunlight, balloons will pop sooner than expected. The same result can occur indoors if balloons are exposed to direct sunlight through windows. Very cool/cold environments may cause helium molecules to shrink, reducing the size and float time of balloons.

Outdoor: Shady areas i.e. a porch tent, etc.

Indoor: Cool temperature room, Less exposure to sunlight the better

Overnight: Balloons simply will not last outdoors overnight. As the cold air shrinks the balloons, they will then expand in the sun the next day, resulting in them popping like crazy. This can be avoided by simply bringing all balloons indoors in the evening or once your event is over. Overnight indoors will last longer away from any expose to sunlight.

- A constant breeze passing around a balloon will increase the speed at which helium molecules escape through the wall of the balloon, resulting in reduced float time. Keep balloons away from any type of breeze for maximum float time. 

- Do not breathe helium from a balloon. Helium is not toxic nor flammable, but breathing it can result in asphyxiation (loss of consciousness due to insufficient oxygen).

LATEX BALLOON WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD

Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required.  Keep un-inflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

Client is responsible for future payments of any damaged or missing items when it comes to rentals and prop items
